1. USER INFORMATION

Who is responsible for processing your personal data?


DEISTER SOFTWARE SL is the CONTROLLER of the USER's personal data and informs them that these data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD).

What do we process your personal data for?

To maintain a commercial relationship with the USER. The operations planned to carry out the processing are:

⦿ Sending commercial advertising communications by e-mail, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that allow commercial communications to be made. These communications will be carried out by the DATA CONTROLLER and will be related to its products and services, or those of its collaborators or suppliers, with whom it has reached promotional agreements. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data.

⦿ To carry out market studies and statistical analyses.

⦿ Processing orders, requests, responding to inquiries, or any type of request made by the USER through any of the contact forms made available on the DATA CONTROLLER’s website.

⦿ To send the online newsletter about news, offers, and promotions from the CONTROLLER.

For what reason can we process your personal data?

Because the processing is legitimized by Article 6 of the GDPR in the following way:

⦿ With the USER’s consent: sending commercial communications and the newsletter.

⦿ For the CONTROLLER’s legitimate interest: carrying out market studies, statistical analyses, and processing orders, requests, etc., at the USER’s request.

For how long will we keep your personal data?

They will be kept no longer than necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing or while legal prescriptions require their custody, and when no longer necessary, they will be deleted with adequate security measures to ensure the anonymization of the data or their total destruction.

To whom do we provide your personal data?

No transfer of personal data to third parties is foreseen except in cases of legal obligation, or when necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the DATA CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processing agreements required by current privacy regulations.
What are your rights?

The rights granted to the USER are:

⦿ Right to access, rectify, data portability, and delete your data, as well as to restrict or object to its processing.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION
PROVIDED BY THE USER

The USER, by checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields, expressly and freely accepts without any doubt that their data is necessary to process their request. The CONTROLLER
will indicate which data are necessary to provide an optimal service to the USER. If such data are not provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services provided fully meet their needs.
The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER are truthful and is responsible for
communicating any changes to them.

3. SAFETY MEASURES

In accordance with the provisions of current personal data protection regulations, the DATA CONTROLLER complies with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations regarding the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and expressly complies with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, whereby data are processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject, and are adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.

The DATA CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS, and has provided them with adequate information so that they may exercise those rights.
